I have made it to Tanzania safe and sound!
Over the next 8 weeks I plan to post some regular updates about the goings on while I am here on placement.
I had my first taste of the Arusha town centre yesterday and today was my first day in the hospital.I have so much to say but I'm not sure where to start. I'm still so overwhelmed and struggling to adjust. I think I will have to tackle it in chunks from tomorrow - hopefully with some accompanying photos.
